Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival, Marrakech
Arrival in Marrakech and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city or relax at the hotel. Meals: dinner (breakfast and lunch not included).
Day 2 Ait-Ben-Haddou
Leaving Marrakech, you will travel along the Rose Valley, famous throughout the country for its flower production. You will then cross the stunning High Atlas Mountains, once an important trade route for African merchants heading to Europe. Descending towards the more desert-like region around Ouarzazate, you will step back in time with a guided visit to the village of Ait Ben Haddou, one of the oldest villages in southern Morocco. This fortified city held a strategic position on the ancient trade route between the desert and the mountains and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 3 Villages of N'Kob
Today you will cross enchanting landscapes of valleys and gorges, where the Berbers built numerous kasbahs (fortresses). Your destination is the Berber oasis of N’Kob, nestled at the foot of Jbel Saghro. N’Kob is home to exotic palm groves and 45 ksour (fortified villages) made of mud brick. Here you will learn about the traditional lifestyle of the Ait Atta nomads. In the afternoon, you can stroll through the palm grove or relax at the hotel. A cooking class is also available to prepare your own Moroccan lunch. Meals: breakfast and dinner (lunch not included).
Day 4 From the Draa Valley to the Sahara Desert
Today you will cross the Anti-Atlas mountain range to reach the Draa Valley, one of Morocco’s most famous regions. A stop is planned to taste fresh local products and enjoy the scenery. You will then arrive at the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, marking the beginning of the majestic Sahara Desert. There will be time for lunch and, during the summer months, a refreshing swim. You will continue by camel to an authentic Berber camp. The dunes, local cuisine and an evening of entertainment under the stars complete this unforgettable desert experience. Meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 5 Todra Gorge
The journey continues towards the spectacular Todra Gorge, with its towering rock walls rising over 300 metres, earning it the nickname “the Grand Canyon of Morocco.” The afternoon is free to relax by the pool and soak in the atmosphere, or to take a walk through the gorge and the palm grove. For guests aged over 16, there may be time to try rock climbing. Meals: breakfast and dinner (lunch not included).
Day 6 Visit to the Ouarzazate Film Studios
This morning you will have lunch at a very traditional local Berber cooperative specialising in the production of Berber carpets. You will learn how Berbers have been making carpets for centuries. You will then continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of North Africa,” another key stop on the historic African trade route to Europe. In the afternoon, an optional tour of the famous film studios is available. Over the years, these studios have been used for numerous international films and TV series, including "Kingdom of Heaven", "The Last Temptation of Christ", "The Living Daylights" and "Alexander". Meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 7 Marrakech
Today you return to Marrakech, enjoying another spectacular journey through the Atlas Mountains. Arriving in Marrakech in the late afternoon, you will have time to freshen up before heading to the lively Jemaa el-Fna square for dinner. Meals: breakfast and dinner (lunch not included).
Day 8 Marrakech
This morning you may enjoy an optional guided city tour, followed by free time to explore on your own. Marrakech evokes images of an exotic and distant city, of magic carpets, snake charmers, incense and myrrh brought by camel caravans. The focal point of the city is Jemaa el-Fna square, an extraordinary meeting place and marketplace. Bursting with colours, spicy aromas and traders, it is full of life. Enjoy a sunset drink at one of the panoramic cafés while watching the transition from day to night. Afterwards, relax by the pool or try a traditional hammam (a steam bath followed by an exfoliating massage), the perfect way to end the day. Meals: breakfast (lunch and dinner not included).
Day 9 Essaouira
Today you will continue to Essaouira on the Atlantic coast. You will travel through breathtaking landscapes before reaching this picturesque fishing town, set within 15th-century Portuguese fortifications. With beautiful beaches and excellent waves, you will have plenty of free time to surf, windsurf or kayak, or simply relax on the beach. Alternatively, explore the UNESCO-listed medina with its souks and wood-carving workshops. Horse-riding and quad-bike excursions are also available. Meals: breakfast (lunch and dinner not included).
Day 10 Essaouira
Enjoy a free day at the beach or take part in optional activities. Meals: breakfast (lunch and dinner not included).
Day 11 Return to Marrakech
Today you will return to Marrakech by public Supratours bus, before heading to the famous Jemaa el-Fna square for an optional group dinner in the evening. Meals: breakfast (lunch and dinner not included).
Day 12 Departure, Marrakech
The tour ends after breakfast. For those departing from Marrakech today, airport transfers with the guide can be arranged at any time of the day. Luggage storage is available at the hotel if check-out is required before heading to the airport. Meals: breakfast.
