Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival, Fez
Arrival at the airport, where you will be met by your Italian-speaking cultural guide before your private transfer to your riad. Depending on your arrival time, there is the opportunity for an introductory visit to the Medina and an optional dinner (supplement applies). Overnight stay. Please note that temperatures in Fez can be particularly high during the summer months.
Day 2 Fez
Spend the day discovering the city and its labyrinthine Medina. From the hilltop Merinid Tombs, enjoy magnificent views over the ancient city, where the dense urban fabric of Fez el-Bali unfolds as a sea of rooftops, minarets and domes enclosed within medieval walls. The Wadi Fez divides the two historic quarters of the Medina: the Andalusian Quarter to the east and the al-Qarawiyyin Quarter to the west. Dinner and overnight stay in a riad in the heart of the Medina. Half board. Please note that temperatures in Fez can be particularly high during the summer months.
Day 3 Chefchaouen
Transfer to the Rif Mountains, home to Chefchaouen, the famous "Blue City" nestled between two mountain peaks. Its narrow cobbled streets, white-and-bluewashed houses, ornate fountains and beautifully decorated doorways create a truly unique atmosphere. Regarded as a holy city, it is home to numerous mosques, marabouts and zaouias. The Medina is also renowned for producing traditional woollen djellabas, distinguished by elegant white and red patterns. Visit Uta el-Hammam Square, the heart of the old town, the Great Mosque, the historic fondouk (caravanserai), and the Al-Andalus quarter, which welcomed Muslim and Jewish communities arriving from Spain after the Reconquista. Dinner and overnight stay in a traditional riad. Half board.
Day 4 Tétouan and Tangier
Breakfast. Depart for Tétouan, known as the "White City". Its Medina, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997, is one of the best-preserved in Morocco. Located in the north of the country, around 60 kilometres southeast of Tangier and close to the Strait of Gibraltar, it is enclosed by walls punctuated by seven monumental gates and is home to numerous mosques, shrines and historic monuments. Continue to Tangier, stopping at Cap Spartel, the scenic headland where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. Arrival in the Medina, free dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Tangier
Breakfast. Guided tour of Tangier, the cosmopolitan city poised between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. Located in the northwestern part of the city, at the foot of the Kasbah and close to the harbour, the Medina is a fascinating maze of alleyways, small squares and markets where everyday life retains its authentic character. Continue with a visit to the Kasbah, the ancient fortified citadel, and the Grand Socco, the historic square that serves as the main gateway to the Medina and one of the city's liveliest meeting places. Free dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 Departure, Tangier
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport approximately three hours before your flight to allow sufficient time for check-in procedures.
