Day 3 Connemara, Kylemore Abbey, Killary Fjord
After a traditional Irish breakfast, depart for Connemara, a wild region known for its stone walls, small farms and thatched cottages. Dinner and overnight stay in County Galway.
Day 4 Inishmore
After breakfast, depart for Inishmore, the largest of the Aran Islands. These islands share the same limestone origin as the Burren in County Clare and feature some of the oldest Christian and pre-Christian settlements in Ireland. Free time for lunch and shopping, including the famous Aran sweaters. Return by afternoon ferry. Dinner and overnight stay in County Limerick/Clare.
Day 5 Bunratty Castle, the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher
After a traditional Irish breakfast, excursion in County Clare. Visit Bunratty Castle, the most complete and authentic medieval complex in Ireland, built in 1425 and fully restored in 1954. The surrounding Folk Park recreates rural Irish life from a century ago, with carefully reconstructed farms, cottages and shops. Continue through the Burren, a fascinating karst region shaped by underground water erosion, creating caves and cavities. Its vast limestone landscape gives it an almost lunar appearance. Continue to the majestic Cliffs of Moher, a truly breathtaking sight. Free lunch. Travel on to County Kerry, crossing the Shannon estuary by ferry. Dinner and overnight stay in County Kerry.
Day 6 Dingle Peninsula and Kerry
After breakfast, visit the Dingle Peninsula, renowned for its spectacular coastal road with stunning Atlantic views, its early Christian prehistoric monuments and its small village where Gaelic is still spoken. Dinner and overnight stay in County Kerry.
Day 7 Adare, Cashel and Dublin
After breakfast, departure for Dublin. Photo stop in Adare, a charming village famous for its thatched cottages. Continue to the Rock of Cashel, dramatically set on a limestone outcrop rising almost 61 metres above the surrounding plain (visit to the interior of Cormac’s Chapel not included).
