Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival, Edinburgh
Transfer from the airport to the hotel (not included). Dinner at leisure and overnight stay in Edinburgh.
Day 2 Edinburgh
Breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide and enjoy a guided walking tour of Edinburgh, including a visit to Edinburgh Castle (without guide inside). Free afternoon for shopping or individual visits. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay in Edinburgh.
Day 3 Glamis and Dunnottar Castles
After breakfast, depart for Glamis, a small village in the Angus region, where you will visit the magnificent Glamis Castle. Continue with a stop at the famous bridges over the Firth of Forth, an impressive feat of engineering connecting Edinburgh to the Fife region. In the afternoon, photo stop at Dunnottar Castle, a dramatic medieval fortress perched on a rocky cliff overlooking the North Sea. Continue to Aberdeen. Dinner and overnight stay in Aberdeen or nearby.
Day 4 Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle and Inverness
After breakfast, depart for Loch Ness, a deep and mysterious loch stretching 37 km between Inverness and Fort Augustus. Visit Urquhart Castle, offering stunning views over the loch. Continue to Inverness, a lively city with a unique character, where you will have free time to explore. Afterwards, visit a whisky distillery to learn about traditional Scottish whisky production and enjoy a tasting.* Dinner and overnight stay in Inverness or nearby. *The distillery visit may be scheduled on a different day depending on availability.
Day 5 Eilean Donan Castle and Isle of Skye
After breakfast, depart for the iconic Eilean Donan Castle, one of the most photographed castles in the world. Continue to the Isle of Skye, renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and unspoiled nature, with mountains, cliffs, and picturesque villages. After exploring Skye, return to the mainland by ferry. Dinner and overnight stay on the west coast of Scotland. (In case of bad weather or technical issues, the ferry may be replaced by the bridge route.)
Day 6 Trossachs National Park and Loch Lomond
After breakfast, travel through Glencoe, one of Scotland’s most scenic and historic valleys. Enjoy a boat cruise to admire the stunning scenery of Trossachs National Park. Continue through spectacular mountain landscapes and valleys before reaching Loch Lomond, the largest lake in mainland Great Britain. Photo stops along the way. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay in Glasgow or nearby.
Day 7 Isle of Bute and Glasgow
After breakfast, depart for the Isle of Bute, one of Scotland’s hidden gems. After a short ferry crossing, visit Mount Stuart, a remarkable Victorian Gothic mansion surrounded by beautiful gardens. Return to Glasgow for a short city exploration, including highlights such as George Square or free time for shopping. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay in Glasgow. (In case of ferry cancellation, a panoramic tour of Glasgow and Kelvingrove Museum will be offered.)
Day 8 Departure, Glasgow
Departure from the hotel to the airport independently or with a private transfer (to be booked in advance).

Guided tour with an Italian-speaking guide from day 2 to day 7, accommodation in 3/4-star hotels, meal plan, activities, and transfers as per itinerary.
