Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival, London
Transfer from London airport to the hotel (not included). Free dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 Stonehenge, Salisbury and Bournemouth
Meet your guide and depart for Stonehenge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Europe’s most famous prehistoric megalithic complexes, dating back to the early Iron Age and dedicated to sun worship. Continue to Salisbury to visit St Mary’s Cathedral, one of the finest examples of Early English Gothic architecture. Dinner and overnight in Bournemouth.
Day 3 Jurassic Coast from Poole to Exeter
Meet your guide and set off on a scenic one-hour cruise along the Jurassic Coast, renowned for its spectacular white cliffs. Departing from Poole, you will travel through 185 million years of history along the eastern edge of the coastline to Swanage. Along the way, admire breathtaking views of sky, sea and chalk formations, including the famous Old Harry Rocks. Continue to Devon with a short stop in Lyme Regis, a charming Dorset seaside town known for its fossil-rich cliffs and the historic Cobb harbour, also mentioned by Jane Austen. Dinner and overnight in Exeter.
Day 4 Exeter and Tintagel
Depart from Exeter towards Tintagel*, traditionally believed to be the birthplace of the legendary King Arthur. Visit the castle ruins set on a dramatic cliff-top promontory. Continue with a visit to a Cornish fishing village before reaching your hotel. Dinner and overnight in the Cornwall/south Devon area. *If Tintagel Castle is unavailable, the visit will be replaced with Lanhydrock House, a Victorian manor surrounded by gardens and woodland, with beautifully preserved interiors reflecting 19th-century life.
Day 5 St Michael's Mount, St. Ives and St. Erth
A day dedicated to exploring some of Cornwall’s most famous fishing villages, reaching the westernmost coast of England. In the morning, visit St Michael’s Mount, a tidal island connected to the mainland by a causeway visible at low tide. Continue to St Ives, overlooking the Atlantic and known for its harbour and maritime heritage. Train journey from St Ives to St Erth. Enjoy a traditional cream tea with warm scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam. Return, dinner and overnight in the Cornwall/south Devon area.
Day 6 Sheppy Cider, Glastonbury and Bristol
After breakfast, depart eastwards. Visit Sheppy Cider, where you will taste traditional Somerset cider produced by the same family for over 200 years. Continue to Glastonbury, one of England’s oldest and most fascinating towns, rich in medieval history and Arthurian legend. Free time to explore. Continue to Bristol. Dinner and overnight.
Day 7 Bath and London
After breakfast, depart for Bath and visit the Roman Baths, a UNESCO World Heritage Site founded in 60 AD, including a temple dedicated to the Celtic goddess Sulis Minerva. Return to London. Free dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8 Departure, London
Transfer to the airport and return flight (not included).
